Classes

The tribal aspect of classes can add a whole new spin to your life and help you save some cash while you get motivated by our top-notch instructors. It’s another great way to supplement Private Sessions.

Classes can be reserved 2 days in advance and canceled 2 hours prior to the class to avoid being charged.

Class Descriptions

Pilates Mat

Contemporary Pilates Mat strengthens the muscles of your abdomen and back to improve posture, increase flexibility and gain strength.

Core Suspension Mat

Using the TRX suspension system with traditional Pilates Mat exercises creates a challenging workout to build strength, and lean muscle mass.

Cardio Pilates Mat

30 Min. of heart pounding cardio followed by 30 Min. of intense contemporary Pilates Mat.

Bootcamp

An intese mix of cardio, weight training and Pilates blended into an hour of \”get it done-fun\”!

Pilates Mandi

A fusion class of cardio on the trampoline, Pilates-based weight training and Mat work.

Bouncing Lab

Trampoline provides the cardio intervals with PIlates based weight training, plyometrics and functional training.

Chisel

Intense Body sculpting and cardio intervals.

Lab Circuit

10 stations alternating between strength and cardio set up by your Lab Tech. Spend 90 sec at each station and get ripped- Lab Style!

The Diamond

The benefits and specifics of a personal training session without paying the piper! This workout will push your limits while keeping you totally engaged. Perfect for those ready to take it up a notch.

Yoga

Lab Yoga offers a Vinyasa style flow Yoga, focusing on form and integrated flow of movement. Stay flexible on and off the mat.

Zumba

the only Latin-inspired dance fitness program that blends red hot international music and contagious steps to form a \”fitness-paryt\” that is downright addictive.

Make Your own Class (MYO)

Tell us what you’d like and when you’d like it! We’ll set you and up to 10 of your friends up with the Lab Tech of your choice. MYO classes are subject to studio availability.

Circuit

The Cardio/Strength Circuit is another way to supplement your work out life when you want to do it on your own in your own good time.  Use it on it’s own or as a boost for your Private Sessions.

Cardio/Strength Circuit Description

The Lab has designed the circuit to fulfill all your fitness needs in 55 minutes provided you bust a move.  The cardio equipment is set up to work your entire body in various positions and intensities.  Stay on each machine for 4-6 minutes and intersperse with sets on the strength training equipment.  Work your way through the entire circuit and end up in the stretching cage.  You’ll get a total body cardio, strength and flexibility work out, avoid boredom and repetitive use injuries.

Yes… we actually lock you in the cage and make you stretch… it’s good for you…you’ll thank us later-
