Jose Angel Supulveda

Jose Angel Sepulveda is a Certified Pilates Mat and Machine Instructor through The Teaching Lab under Lawson Harris.  Jose hails from the island of Puerto Rico. He has lived in NYC since graduating from The University of Michigan, where he studied Musical Theatre Performance. Since arriving in NYC, he has done numerous television appearances, feature films as well as National and Regional Tours.  He believes that Pilates is the best way to learn about our bodies, facilitate movement and prevent injury through intense, focused movement.  His clients enjoy a kick ass session that’s very intense and rewarding at the same time.
